netzero every month I pay 4 12gb of internet. if don't use it before end of month they cut me off even if I still have some left. so they take it. thats stealing.

When we first got the service, they told us it was unlimited. So we bought it at 49.94 a month. We also added nortaon, free games. pc repair that brought it up higher. Didn't mind that.  Then in the middle of the month it shuts down and they say we have to buy more time. I called them and they said, we'd run out of gigibites. I told them it was auppose to have been unlimited.   They said it wasn't.  So they gave us 2 gbs free  for the mis understanding. 

Then the next month we know that we have 12 gb, so we use it sparingly, We ended up having left overs and was cut off at midnight on the last day of month. they took away the rest of the gigibits we had left even though we paid for them that is stealing!!!!!!!  Isn't it stealing if you buy something, you should get it all if you paid for it.  I paid for 12 bgs I should get to use those 12 gbs. not have them taken from me just because its the end of the month.
