a bunch of thieves is what netzero is.I called to complain n they will credit my account for one month but if I had there services why would they give me a credit for one month? they know who's using thier service or not but I was told by an rep.that netzero do not have a way to monitor who's using thier service or not and I find that to be a LIE I worked with charter ,SBC another broadband Internet and I know for a fact internet services are monitored. somehow they created an account using my debit card with my wife's email address something my wife or I would never do.the fact is I have proof of my the internet broadband services from oct2014 to the present so there was never a need for netzero at no time, besides I never liked netzero because they are a fraud selling dialup internet as broadband any computer tech knows that netzero is a waste of time so why would I have att broadband or charter broadband who are the 2 best internet service providers on the market but also need netzero? It makes no sense and I'm not stupid. I want 473.85 credit back to my card.
