i signed up for netzero was having problems with the cd not letting me get on the internet at all times .
was able to for about 4 days. called netzero told them my problem they swithced me to get help/ they talked me through how to get on netzero.
had to try twice. i am not smart when it come to computers.
i signed up for internet service with netzero.
i recieved mycredit card bill they charged me 46.80 on 12/14/09
then again was charged 13.65. understand this charge its for internet.
then another charge 7.97 on 12/12/09.
i dont understand why i was charged an extra 54.77 for them helping me to use there cd to get signed in. i would like my money put back please. you are suppose to get free live help .
