Neutratone Said they would send 'free samples, only charging for shipping and handling, then without my permission, charged my credit card $69.95 and $98.95, full price for anti-aging skincare and eye cream! I did not give them permission to charge my credit card $169.00! My Chase Visa will be on this! Already called them! Claremont California

I ordered these products, I believe, but don’t know for sure, on a Facebook advertisement. It was promoted as ONLY PAY FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND WE WILL SEND YOU THESE PRODUCTS FREE TO TRY. I received the products, but then saw on my Chase Visa app pending charges (1-28-18) of $69.95 and $98.95! I never would have paid that price for ANY skincare product unless it was what they said it was...’try for free with shipping and handling charges only’. Really?!? $169.00 is NOT shipping and handling! I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THESE CHARGES! Chase Visa told me that as soon as they are off pending and charged to my account on January 31, 2018, that they would go after Neutratone!

Hello, We are very sorry you had a poor experience with Neutratone. We run seasonal trial promotions (Try it before you buy it), and the terms and conditions are very clear. Sometimes if you purchase through a mobile device, the terms are in smaller text so we can write a detailed explanation of how the trial promotion works and how and when you will be billed if you decide to keep the product.
Its very possible you didnt see them. We have increased our font sizes and try to make the offer terms as prominent as possible. Our 800# and support email address is on your order confirmation email, our main website, on the box and even on the product itself. Our call center and email support team are available Monday-Friday.
