This company operates under different names. They have a reputation of writing bad checks and will not make then good, even after notifed by certified mail and turned over to the district attorney.
Many drivers have been cheated and ripped off by these people.
Local repair shops and suppliers report that they have been cheated and ripped off.
They claim to have operations in southern California as well as Oregon.
After turning in Bad Check Complaints to the District Attorney, the DA and Police are familiar with them

Agnes Gilliam would lie to drivers about pay, try and force drivers to haul loads illegally, if not she would threaten drivers and say she will report the truck stolen. Checks would bounce, Agnes Gilliam would lie to drivers about the payout for the loads, would not let drivers have any time off.
Force drivers to drive with illegal tires and unsafe equipment. This company should not be in business, as truck driver, she would only pay drivers 500 to 600 a week.

The Washoe County District Attorney has a file on these people with many bounced checks. They refuse to respond even to the DA. Drivers, shippers, brokers beware.
