NEW ATLAS DEALS and FREEDOMPOP Stole $99.99 from me.I purchased a MiFi 500 internet device and 1-year LTE Internet from FreedomPop. On attempting to redeem the service the site would not activate. After many emails and phone calls to NEW ATLAS DEALS (Support Heros of Stack Commerce) and FreedomPop they just said they could not help and stopped all communacations. The MiFi 500 device has never shipped. Essentially I have been robbed of $99.99. Internet

I purchased a MiFi 500 Internet mobil device with 1-year LTE Internet service through FreedomPop. I had 30 days to redeem my purchase but attempted to activate the account immediately. The account would not activate so I conntacted NEW ATLAS DEALS (Suppot Heros). They gave an excuse of me already having an account with FreedomPop (I do have service for phone service, not this Internet service). I therefore asked that if they were not going to provide the service then I would like a refund. They stated that they do not give refunds. They suggested I go through FreedomPop. After many emails and phone calls this issue is still not resolved and they (FreedomPop) will not resolve it.

What is very disturbing about this transaction is that I have never even received the MiFi 500 Internet mobil device.
