New Clean Solutions in Newcastle is owed by a con-artist! Never paying employees and continual excuses. After having worked 12 hour days 6 days a week after 3 weeks i come out with $0.00. while having earnt over $2500. Fair i think NOT.
The company is constantly advertising employment, everywhere i look they have an advertisment min$2400 a month plus commission- base salary some even say! some even say a once in a life time opportunity. I THINK NOT. do NOT fall for these advertisments. Myself applying for a TRAINEE sales manager- nothing what so ever alike!
after the first week of work expecting payment- the owner makes excuses of delays in bank transfer on the internet, another week passes he explains another excuse you will be getting the payment this wednesday! no payment still! i go in to consult him on the matter and says he does not owe me any money!...

After persuing the industrial relations for help i needed to send him a formal letter. saying to him that i have taken this action he rings immediately. hes offers me $800. after going in to see twice i still have not recieved payment...
COMPANIES LIEK THESE WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!
i am not the only one in the company who was not paid! everyone who got employed the same time as me this has happened to- going in months lately there are more new staff! what i way to save money on a business dont pay the staff they leave get new staff dont pay new staff- and so on!!
I JUST WISH EX-EMPLOYEES WOULD FIGHT MORE FOR MATTERS AGAINST THIS COMPANY!!
THE OWNER IS THE BIGESST CON-ARTIST!!!!
DO NOT fall for the job advertisement- they sugar coat the job advert, the interview, details(lies), commission(lies), pre appointments(NO), $2400 (NO F**KING WAY)

NewClean Solutions is a company based in Newcastle that offers work under an Independent Business Agent Agreement, as such people are required to complete Invoices for work completed. We are committed to paying everything that is owed under the Independent Business Agent Agreements, and should anyone have money outstanding from time spent engaged as an Independent Business Agent for NewClean Solutions we ask that they check their claims to ensure money is outstanding and contact our office. Upon contacting our office we will investigate ALL claims for money outstanding and swiftly pay everything that is owed under the Independent Business Agent Agreement. Please call us so we can rectify any issues.
We have changed our income structures for people who start in the business. Previous structures have been focused upon commissions for installs, however the new structure rewards Independent Agent's for attendance as well as performance, giving more people the confidence to commence working in sales even if they dont have previous training in the field. As Independent Business Agents you are able to work on established teams or choose to work independently, choosing your own legal method of sale, hours and territory of work, Independent Agents can choose to lease equipment or purchase equipment for use whilst working.
At this stage we would request that the writter of the complaint provide evidence that money is outstanding to them and evidence that the money has not been paid upon recieving this we will make immediate payment for anything that is outstanding and will request that this complaint is updated to reflect this.
