New Credit Financial ripoff Saint Petersburg Florida

I received a call on Oct. 5th 2005 from a guy named Shawn, he offered me a credit card to help fix my credit. I asked him if I could transfer my other cards to this account and he said yes. Then I was connected to a woman who recorded all my information. after she recorded it she played a message to me, that said I could not transfer my other cards to it. She told me within 5 to 7 days I would receive a packet with all the information in it.

I never Received the packet. The only thing I got was $300.00 stolen from my account. I called them today Oct. 26, 2005 to cancell but it is too late. I told a person by the name of Marcus Green that I never received my packet and he said i should of, it was mailed out. He is Going to send me another packet. I asked him since I never received the first one if a could still cancel. I was told that I have to wait until Nov. 3rd.

I contacted my bank to see if they could help, but it seems I'm out $300.00. There is no one out there that will stop these crooks.
