New Healthy Savings Ripoff Fraudulent charges to bank card, no knowledge of company until saw the charge for $48. New York

Noticed a debit from checking account for $48.00 and contacted the bank to see what the heck it was. they told me "new healthy savings" and gave me a phone # all you get is a machine. I filed all the appropriate forms to have the charge reversed, had never heard of the company never mind purchased anything from them.

Had to cancel the bank card the charge was made on and have it reissued. The bank has since reversed the charge, but has now taken it back out again, Im in the process of finding out why that is. I gave the bank this website as well as the companys "front" of a website, for the fraud investigators to check out.

Somehow I doubt they did. There must be some way to get the law after these people, look at all the reports on here! Criminals get away with it, but we pay the price. Id love to know how they got the card information in the first place, didnt sign up for any of the things I see listed by the other complaints.
