Mobile networks, though we consider them less, are one of the most important aspects nowadays. When New Line Communications and Smile Network launched their network in the market, several promises were made to the common people. False hopes, fake promises and various mistakes were done, which ultimate turned into a disaster.

Last month, when I took up the mobile network connection of New Line Communications and Smile Network, I paid quite an amount for the same. Well, I am worried or rather angry with the money I lost with the connection, but with the poor connectivity they offered people in the name of technology. They offered free 3G internet with national phone charges, quite amazing offers. Of course, similar to others, I fell into their trap and got hold of their connection. Whether, I chose to stay at my home, my office, my washroom or the lift, connection was to be found nowhere. I kept on missing important calls, where my boss kept on complaining about my absence during the telephonic conferences.

But, when I missed the news of my daughter’s accident I could no longer hold to the network connection of New Line Communications and Smile Network. The school people called me at my office number to make me aware of my daughter’s accident. I called their customer department professionals to complain of their poor service, but trust me; they have thousand of reasons to make you know about lower connectivity. When I planned to opt out of the connection they refused to pay me the security amount, deposited due to my postpaid connection. With New Line Communications and Smile Network, I faced several issues, which I believe can hardly be described. I am yet to receive the deposited amount from these liars.

Please note; make sure to avoid New Line Communications and Smile Network. As these people make false promises and provide the worst mobile network connectivity you can ever experience.

New Line Communications and Smile Network; Never visit them or buy their products.

AUTHOR: Julia Mantrova - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, November 11, 2014

Oh! How much I hate New Line Communications and Smile Network? Few weeks back, when I opted for their 3G services I was quite excited with their plan. Trust me, I was never sure, how could they provide such huge inclusions in such small packages. But, it was a matter of excitement when you get free subscription for 3 months.

Of course, those were luring offers and similar to other customers, I fell into their trap. I got my plug-to-surf from New Line Communications and Smile Network with a 3G service, with 3 months free subscription in unlimited usage. They said, it was their introductory offer. Of course, it was one of their money making strategy. You can never complain for the first two weeks as they provide an amazing service. Other than carrying my laptop to work, I used the plug-to-surf at home, malls, parks etc. It was simply wonderful at first. But, later, it started deteriorating. Web pages started to hang, followed by limited connectivity and out of coverage area. I called their customer care team more than hundred times and the answer was “Your call is waiting”. Is it the way they handle customers asking for help?

I asked their advice through emails, but my mails are left unanswered. I am in a dilemma, if, I made a wrong choice with New Line Communications and Smile Network. Of course, at times every network companies undergo network issues, but, responding to customer complains is a matter of decency. I strongly advise you to avoid using the 3G network of New Line Communications and Smile Network. They provide you attractive offers and later leave you in the middle of the road, in frustration. This is one of the worst experience I ever had with a mobile and network company.
