Be careful, this is the worst company in the market, at the begining they will answer your calls, then after you paid, that's it no answer anymore and if you insist, they will insult you everytime you call, Gustavo Nunez is the owner, what a*s..... , people without hart, they know how the economy is ans still getting your money and dont do anything, just one or two letters for you, after that you can call millions of times and no answer and if you get an answer they will tell you " I will call you in few minutes" and nothing, Dont let thne got you.

I dislike to have a customer unhappy and to be called the worst company. Our intentions are to provide not just services, but knowledge. The company has different departments and we recently have an incident with MAGIC JACK cancelling all of our telephone numbers we have to change a company. We called more than 3000 of our clients in our list and left messages indicating the changes and updated the info on our website. There is no way, we can be doing the kind of business that we do and not have a feeling for it and all of our clients who have spoken with us, knows what we are referring here. We do tell our clients that we involve them in the process and most of those processes involve sending information to other companies. There are status of limitation and unfortunately we cannot implement frivolous requests to those other companies. I don't want to make excuses and I am more for action and though I cannot tell who the customer is, we are willing to help. Most people wants to speak with the CEO of the company and i run three offices and I cannot be in all calls at all time. Our process involve paying third parties like credit report agencies, appraisers, Title companies for title search, paralegals and lawyer's references or consultations.
