Please be advised that this document falls within the 72 hour cancellation notice that is required and in contract with your company guidelines. Further, we understand that there are two transactions that are necessary to complete this transmission. There will be a $20.00 charge for cancellation within the 72 hour timeline due to "merchant processing fees." Second, our deposit for $250.00 will be refunded back to our credit card, Due to the verbiage of your cancellation policies, the assumption can be that out of the $250.00 deposit to be refunded, the $20.00 processing fee will be subtracted from the total amount refunded. We expect a refund within a reasonable amount of time
