New York State Supreme Court Queen County Kevin Morrissey (Legal Assistant to Judge Leonard Livote Civil Supreme) Tamara Kersh (Chief Clerk-Queens Supreme Court-Civil) R. Teichman (Clerk Assistant-Queens Supreme Court-Civil) There lies at Queens Supreme Court a conspiracy to direct cases to the outcome desired by the court clerks which may or may not be participated in by judges Jamaica New York

These above named individuals are part of racketeering type scheme at Queens Supreme Court to deny individuals of unpopular groups access to the courts. This where my courier delivered pleadings to the court were then taken- by Tamara Kersh, in concert with "R.Teichman"who had actually signed for the parcel, from the court building and likely discarded at Kersh's home. This in which I was to file to the County Clerk directly a duplicate set of such papers where I was seeking emergency relief in rent proceeds .Further Kersh would once the licensed professional approached the court literally grill my process server in 3rd Degree Fashion in his licensed tasking of picking up service papers here to the point that the fellow thereafter refused my direction to retrieve such papers including a signed order.Just as well Kevin Morrissey in his may or may not being a bag man for Judge Livote (as the relator here has no clue as to whether Judge Livote's active participation in such but may be culpable lack of oversight) -fixes cases for a cash kickback from lawyers regularly as in this matter with the opposing party which is willing to pay such bribe . Here it can be seen that Morrissey is obviously in utter control of chambers as if such office is his personal fiefdom. Clearly buy coercing lawyers he directs cases in the way of hise personal feeling towards a particular litigant mixed with that of the conspiring group's venal pecuniary interests,,As seen Morrissey has, through Court signature, boilerplate denied virtually every motion of mine that would be propitious to the prosecution in a clear cut case that has all the merit worthiness in the world based on Appellate Division 2nd Department holdings.

Additionally, Morrissey himself appears to have discarded a related Queens County Clerk's Office filed & entered summons & complaint motion-and then manipulate the computer system to make it seem that such was never filed at all. When asked about this pleading that was sent up to Part 33 Morrissey claimed that he "[didn't] know though another court secretary/clerk had already previously disclosed that such pleading was indeed delivered to Morrissey's office and entered onto the the Supreme Court computer system-all without the inquirer mentioning anything of such summons & complaint.. Just as well Morrissey would summarily "decline" my motion-without acknowledging such being up for a ruling to appoint a receiver who would collect rents at the residence to such house that I am attempting to recover possession of. Further Morrissey has run afoul of a US Supreme Court holding despite being pointed out to him where he denied me the opportunity to move for the appointment for assignment of counsel as I am in an awkward situation,This all again where the US High Court in its opinion that litigants such as I are due at least a hearing into the matter. Also Morrissey is aware after my written complaints that I have not been served with copies of verified answer and opposition to my Summons and complaint along with the Order to Show Cause by defense counsel.

This here Morrissey does nothing to which he has alienated my attorney from me so as for my lawyer to join in the conspiracy to fix this case.True to form, my attorney doesn't answer my calls only after attending such OTSC hearing .In total as told to me "the fix" is in here where I will be disrupted at my attempts to recover this parcel for which I am the sole owner by deed for 22 years. My interim complaints of this illicit practice in Part 33 was brought to the attention of a Queens Supreme Court administrative judge Jeremy Weinstein whose office initially refused to reveal such overseeing judge's email address. Such again being where the defendant is/was also a state employee-that is a law enforcement officer who has a checkered history himself. I really need help in this matte in the way of folks watching this thing which is set to become a travesty which would makes law and order turn into what could only be described as something lewd and lascivious to justice!
