Newageskinformula.com Agreement box was confusing and long.They dont want to accept I wanted to return back

I was doing on line banking when their website pop-up on my screen so I thought it was tie up with my bank so I trusted to order the sample bottle kit then agreement was written complicated and long. I check the box for agreement. After 18 days I got bill from my husband's visa which I did use. I called them to return the product because I did not even wanted it.

I an not happy with it but they have many excuse that trial date was no longer valid.I just want to return the product and refund my money because I believe if I am not happy with the product I am allowed to return it. Also they were saying 14 day trial was already finished and got no chance to see the effect if I used it I an willing to return it and I wanted a refund. Because it's not even worth it using very small containers for almost 300 Canadian dollars. its not.

They confused us with the agreement that it's a sample bottle, which at the very end it's a twist. I was trying to get the name of the customer support but said not allowed to disclose it. I am very disappointed with this kind of online companies. Very scary as well all of a sudden they will keep charging on visa. Help us stop this kind of companies who tries to get money from people that is not worth it.
