newsline fictitious buisness name publishing national city, California

   Newsline is listed as a recommend publisher for fictitious business names by the san diego county.  I have now read that i'm not alone in being ripped off my them.  they will have you pay them with a credit card then never publish your name.

    Their phone number only goes to an automation and never will you get a return call.  one address i had for them was 3609 4th street and when i went there it was a farmers insurance.  i think there are a complete scam and have already filed a non payment with the credit card.  

    I talked to the county clerk office and they said they get a lot of complaints about newsline but can't take them off the list, only the courts can.  guess i'll need to contact the courts to see what i can do. Do not use these guys such a waste of time and money.
