I know i have, last night my boyfriend spent around 30$ trying to get Wild West hair, Known as Furry now.
Well, i decided to post this to show you guys how Nexon scams people in the community.
I also spent a whopping 40$ on her hair, trying to get Four Tail Braids, the EXP hair in henesys.
Well after not getting it, I began digging and found a post on Sleepywood.net
Where it officially states that a User Submitted a ticket to Nexon america, And they responded, that they understood the hair was glitched and they were working to resolve this issue.
Now who here has EVER read on Maple Global that the hair was glitched? and not to spend money on it?
The hair is no longer available? Well thanks for telling one person in the entire community.
I Think nexon told absolutely no one, in the hopes of having people like us spend countless dollars on hair that doesnt exist, just to laugh at us later.
This is my current ticket.
"I just spent $30 in henesys trying to get the fourtail braids hairstyle, only to find out that all the EXP hair in the latest patch doesn't come up. I would really appreciate some form of compensation for spending this money, seeing as how I looked and looked on the mapleglobal site and found nothing remotely stating that the recent EXP hair was unattainable. If not, then at least have the decency to inform the maple community about the glitch so that more people don't waste there money on this.
There is a the site where I found out that Nexon was well aware of the fact that EXP hair is glitched. How can Gms admit to one person that there is problem, and then not inform the maple community that there is an issue, while allowing them to waste so much money on something that doesn't exist?
I think if nexon wants to play games like this with our money, we should boycott NX.
All those users out there who searched for that hair, report a ticket right now demanding money back!
If my ticket doesnt get resolved, im calling the building office in california and filing a complaint the old fashion way.
I just went and Searched Sleepy.net and look at what i found?
A post saying nexon 100% admitted it was gone, where is the post on the Nexon site? Nowhere. Nexon, we demand refunds!
