I bought a voucher from KGB Deals for a next stage travel promotion on May 29, 2012 for $99.  Next stage did not honor the voucher as stated in the terms and aggreements.  The voucher was good for $850 to be used for a round trip flight and 2 night hotel stay at a chity of your choice from a list provided.  I redeemed the voucher on Jun 5, 2012.  I completed the rsvp form which indicated that I would receive my itinerary with my flight and hotel information in 2-3 weeks.

After 1 month I still had not received my itinerary at which time I contacted the customer service department.  The representative took down my information and complaint and informed me that someone would be in touch,  no one ever contacted me back.  After another 2 weeks I contacted customer service again the same process repeated the representative took down my information and instructed me that someone would be in touch.  When someone did contact me through email, they sent me the same rsvp form that I had already filled out and instructed me to wait another 2-3 weeks for my itinerary.  I contacted customer service again and explained this, once again same process was repeated.  No one was ever able to help me over the phone.  On July 19, one month and 2 weeks after I originally redeemed my voucher, I finally was able to get in touch with a representative by email who was very helpful.

I eventually received my voucher on August 2 from a woman by the name of Veronica Morris.  The voucher indicates that there is a $500 allowance for flight and $350 allowance for hotel totaling $850.  All expenses over this would be an out of pocket expense.  My itinerary showed that my flight alone totaled $891.76 for 2 people.  However, I was able to find the same exact flight from the same exact airline for $237.60 per person for a total of $475.20 which is well below the $500 allowance.  When I bought this to the attention of Ms. Morris via email and even sent her a print screen of the flight from Delta from their website she still did not correct the itinerary.  I have yet to hear back from Ms. Morris although I have contacted her on number occassions via email and provided her with my phone number.  Ms. Morris refuses to call me.  I have contacted Next Stage Promotions customer service department and no one has ever gotten back to me.  I have even contacted KGB Deals who has redirected me to Next Stage.

I am truly at my wits end and would really like for the price corrections to be made on my itinerary so that I can take my trip, or simply refund my $99 for the voucher.  It does not make sense to purchase a voucher with an $850 allowance and still have to come out of pocket an additional $689.76.  Especially when I know and have proof that my trip is well within the allowance.
