I placed an order on 02/01/2008 & paid an enormous amt ($42.00 extra), just to have the overnight delivery by the next day. (Saturday), 02/02/2008 .They didn't fail to deduct the $140.00 from my account but did fail to send order. After countless e-mails made all week & phone messages left asking to have this order canceled & refunded, they ignored me. I asked why the order had not arrived since it was made on early Friday for next day delivery. On the next Saturday,02/09/2008, fed-ex came with the order. Since I receive many orders from Fed-ex, I signed & opened it, not knowing who it was from. Low & behold Nextdaysoma did send it a week later! The package contained a cotton filled bottle, no meds. Again, this week, they are ignoring all attempts to contact them.
