I talked to a sales person on 12/8 they tell me I would get my order before christmas things are really tight for cash this is my sons only christmas present on the 9th I placed the order on line I called on the 20th that I was worried about my order because the funds for the order was placed back on my card I was assured the order would be shipped but might not get there by christmas I then receive an email saying was shipped no tracking number so I give a call again the person tells me it was sent priority mail not by ups as on the shipping status from the web site and should be there by christmas never came by christmas.

On 12/27 I call again because no package no tracking number I'm told they would put in a research request and would have tracking information for me in 2 days I call after 2 days on 12/29 and the person treated me like sh*t its past christmas my son still has no christmas present and I'm getting sarcastic people who could care less about me as a customer still no tracking info just a big run around. was told again I would receive an email in 2 days and if not to call again. i sent an email at this time also and the canned response back saying I would receive an email in 2 days. after now 4 days for the request no email.

So I called 12/31 no tracking no jersey the person I'm talking to says they'll reorder for me and that would take a month for me to receive it so I asked if we could just cancel the order so that I could get my son a present for christmas and not have to wait till february the csr said they would do that and i would have an email and my refund would process in 5 business days. I called  5 business days later on 1/9 no email on my refund guy tells me they reshipped the jersy last week on 1/5 i asked how that is possible it takes you 7 to 10 days to make a jersey yet you did this time in 2 days, not beleiving that at all, could not give me any shipping information either said the person I spoke to on 12/31 did not submit lost order no refund requested and that he would submit for a refund today and it would be processed in 5 days.

Heard this before so I send another email not trusting what the csr on the phones is telling me get the response you will contacted in 24 to 48 hours. no responce I email again 1/11 you will be contacted 24 to 48 hours. Again email 1/13 get a response on 1/16 saying credit will be issued 3 to 5 business days. Email again saying already been more than that get a response refund submitted on 1/13 and I would receive refund by 1/20.

1/21 no refund email again get a response from a superviser stating my refund wold be on my card by 1/23 to 1/24 and she was monitoring it to be sure it will process gave me phone number and extention and available hours. on 1/25 no refund call twice voice mail emailrd again no response 1/26 called again voice mail its 3 hours later still no response. I was laid off my job last year and only have been able to find a survival job my son still has no christmas present and these people are making no effort to refund me my money.
