I have placed orders with Tmart.com and have recieved items i purchased that were damaged. Then contacted seller and returned item for replacement and they had sent out replacements which were defective 2 seperate times since initial order was placed.
The company does not properly inspect, test or check items being sent out to consumers who pay for items and expect items to be working properly for gifting items to family members or self use.
I have wasted enough time going back and fourth with various customer service reps from tmart.com via email communication and out come is not postive whatsoever.
I am a extremely unsatisfied consumer who recieved poorly inspected items that i had purchased from tmart.com website and or companies Yall Inc. Or NGK trading located in North Brunswick N.J. which ships defective electrical items to their customers.
