I myself used to be a Senior Manager with NHCD AKA National Healthcare Discount and was with the company for OVER 4 years. I will admit that none of my paychecks bounced and noone on my teams paychecks bounced but I do know of other Managers checks that bounced as well as their reps paychecks that did bounce.
And as for closing down the leads department you say that is a smart move. Well let me tell you where they are getting the leads from! How about this they are pulling old leads that were not contacted, not interested, hang up etc. They are pulling them from 6 months ago as far as a year ago.
Picture this!! Imagine yourself as a senior would you appreciate someone calling you over and over and over again trying to sell you a program when you are not interested or do not have the money. I know I wouldn't. Not only that those leads WILL come back as return. Those people are not going to remember talking to a rep because these leads go so far back.
Any decision this company has made there have NEVER been given any notice. Pitcure yourself as a lead manager and having your team taken away from you and you and your reps being given the option to only do sales or recruiting. You want to know the kicker I am sure that you did not know is that AE is working with ALL of the top lead producers and manageing them. THAT'S RIGHT!
So tell me is that fair to these lead managers that have worked hard with their reps for them to be pulled and for AE to work with them while they can't and for their pay to go way down. I don't think so!! And the reasoning for this I would imagine because there was no where for AE to go.
And about the phone issue! Tell me why is it right to charge for the access code when it is FREE. Also if you do not work for a certain amount of time the access code is removed from your phone line but they are STILL taking the funds out of the persons account for the access code.
Can you answer that one? My guess would be SCAMMMM ALERT! And yes everyone should read the contract and mostly everyone does but it does not state that in the contract that it will be removed if you do not use the access code for a certain amount of time but you will still be charged for it.
Bottom line Ruby don't speak unless you know the facts and you won't get jumped all over. Believe me I can always find out what goes on in the inside.
