Been in sales & marketing several years. NHCD's work at home program a major joke. They don't tell you all the facts until after they get your security deposit & they still don't tell you the rest of the facts. I made more money baby sitting in the 70's. So many other companies pay you so much more for your efforts alone.
I worked for Dish awhile back. They paid me $50/sale & it was a lot less work & took a lot less time. Other tele-sales positions paid me $12/hr. plus $35/commission per sale. Even if it's working inside the comfort of your home, you are lucky to make $1/hr with NHCD. Even if you are in sales which is after the lead position, you are very limited to the amount of leads they give you. You don't have much control on that.
Want to make decent money? Don't apply at NHCD unless you enjoy wasting your time...you'd make more money delivering newspapers a few hrs. a day! NHCD sure makes their work at home position sound like the ultimate work at home job. Stirling reputation they claim? That's about the biggest farce. NHCD has so many complaints not only from seniors but from many of the NHCD terribly misinformed lead & sales reps.
Somebody is stuffing the pockets of the BBB with $$$ Sure glad I'm out of NHCD & back to earning $1000+/week the honest way.

Cari you say your a manager and you work less than 20 hours a week !
That has to be a lie, I was a manager with nhcd and I know that when they hire you as a manager they ask if you can work 30-40 hours a week !
(NHCD Brain washes its empoyees I was in Cari's shoes I Know !)
I was putting in more like 40-60 hours a week and got nothing from the company . And if I were to leave the house I would have to let everyone know. that did't bug me too much but when it comes to 11 or 12 at night haveing to answer the phone thats what got to me . Oh what my manager said to that was turn off your ringer ok fine but what happens when a family member has to get a hold of you then what ???
NHCD does not care for you at all, what they do care about is getting your money ! look at it this way for every 30 people that NHCD "HIRES" prob only 1 stays with the company ! ( that lasts about a month)

I am a manager in NHCD Recruiting department and I've been with the company since the beginning of the year. If you were misinfomed I'm sorry but if you would have went onto our website before accepting the position you would have seen all of the correct information on the company and the different departments.
NHCD is not for everyone and just because you did not have success with the company does not mean others won't. I started working for them only to pay my house payment every month and within a few weeks I was making that and then some. Now I make enough to pay the house, truck, car, insurance, and most of our other bills. I don't even work full time.
That's not the point though. Point is if you had an issue with being misinformed all you would have had to do is talk to your manager and they could have worked everything out for you. I'm sure since you did finish in the leads department you got your security deposit back as promised?? If you didn't and you need help with that please feel free to email me and I can help you with that.
