Hope you read this also. I am backing you up all the way for a class action lawsuit. NHCD needs to be shut down for good. They have lots of lawsuits, but we need to overpower the company once and for all to save everyone else from this Scam. NHCD thinks by not providing a deposit is not a scam, but we all know by the time we receive our paychecks we realize it is a Mother of all Scams as you put it. This company is actually a pyramid if you think about it without a "Deposit".

I could write a book, but I will try to make this ripoff report as to the point as I can.When I was working as a recruiter of course a change occurred.If only one person gets to read this and saves them from working for NHCD, then my time was worth writing this.......

You now have a choice of a W-2 Employee or Independent Contractor.I chose W-2 employee. I was also told we are paid by the hour, minimum wage. Everyday I submitted my hours on the server and even got a confirmation number.But, when I received my check the $7.00 per hire was correct, but there was zero hours.I thought, O.K., there is probably a glitch in the system so I called my manager.

To my surprise, she said Oh No, we are not paid by the hour And per hire, we are only paid either or whichever is greater. What a snow job I got.They only let you enter 1 hire per hour or they will threaten to terminate you. And if you did enter some phone time and server time with 0 hires, then they would terminate you also for not producing.It's a no win situation. That is not how I was hired.I was specifically told No Deposit,which is true, and we are paid by the hour. Never was told either or, whichever is greater.It does not say it anywhere in the script when we hire. It specifically says hourly pay,overtime, etc.So every recruiter is lying when they do their interviews. When the new lead generators received their first paycheck they are in for a big surprise.

Now when a recruiter hires, another big change,(which is about 3 timer a day), a leads generater will be paid $4.00 per qualified lead (W-2 Employee) or $6.00 per qualified lead (Independent Contractor).Then it says a Manager will help you make the choice. Of, course, the choice they only want made is Independent Contractor. Why? Because NHCD does not want the responsibility of overtime,unemployment insurance, etc.NHCD does not want W-2 employees working for the company.

All the time,work and hours that go into this rediculous work at home job is useless. You spend hours on the phone.Lots of time on the server to keep it statused and even more time doing a 3-way with Qwest just so the new hire can have a supposedly "Business Long Distance Carrier". You can call Qwest yourself and get the same $20.00 Unlimited Plan without going through NHCD. It's just that NHCD has a partnerhip with Qwest to make more money as referrals.....What a joke?By the way, Qwest is a good Long Distance Carrier for a $20.00 LD Unlimited Plan, but you do not need NHCD to get this plan. Even my family members got the same plan. Just want to make it clear Qwest is a good long distance carrier, it's NHCD who is the joke...

I'm obviously out of all my hours entered into the server now that I know it's whichever is greater, your hires for the week or minimum wage ($5.15)per hour.With all the pending lawsuits going on with the company I don't know why the government, attorney general or IRS has not shut them down. I'm sure they have big legal counsel, but our government who is suppose to protect us from scams should overpower their own legal counsel. Hopefully, some day this will happen and save all the innocent moms, dads, college kids,seniors etc. from working with the company.Everyone needs a little extra income, but $20.00 to $40.00 a month. They want you to think you can make $100.00-$400.per week.But that is impossible.The only ones who maybe make that is the people on top of this pyramid,like Managers. I don't know how they can sleep at night or look at themselves in the mirror, but each and every Manager lies to all these innocent hires. I hope some of them will wise up and pursue more lawsuits, like the 4 Managers that reported them to the I.R.S. Thumbs up to them.

I apologize to all my hires, but I only found out the scam this week for not being paid by our hours and hires. I don't know what goes on in the leads dept.,but I'm sure it's the same scam.
Even my children read the hiring script and they also said you should be paid by hour and hire. They are almost 17 and know how to understand a hiring script.

P.S. I guess this is almost like a book,but wanted so save some people from working for this slavery of a company. My husband said "He thought it was too good of a job to be true". He was proven right. In a summary, a person is not paid hourly, plus..It's just a come on to hire anyone to work for the company so a recruiter can be paid their Big $7.00 per hire!!!!!
