Nicholas Desrosiers, is a scam artists. He claims to be a venture capitalist that can file your Reg. D and raise up to 10 million dollars for your corporation. He is out of New York and/or Boston, he tries to get as much of your corporate information and business plan as he can to scam potential investor's of their investment capital.

Here is his Scam: First he will try to get as much information as he can about your corporation even promising you seed capital and he will ask you to send him a blank stock certificate but be aware of this because once he get's an original copy of your blank cert he can have more copies made and sell them to investors.

Then after a few months, even years these investor will start inquiring about the status of their investment with you. However you have no ideal who these investors are because Nicholas Desrosiers has taken their money and he's no where to be found. He tried this scam on us but we were on to him early on after we made some calls to the brokerage firm that he claimed to be working for. No one there ever heard of Nick Desrosiers.

He does this everywhere

AUTHOR: Nick - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, June 27, 2019

Nick Desrosiers (and his father Edward) do this in a cyclical fashion.

Promise the world, take your money, give back nothing, make excuses, vanish - Start a new business with a new name, and repeat.

Liberty Sports Group | Atlantic Equity Group | DC Sports & Entertainment | Sunset League of Professional Baseball | United States Lacrosse League | Northen League of Professional Baseball | Western Association of Professional Baseball | TREND reality | DCI Projects | Canadian International Hockey League

This is a list of company names they are affiliated with that all folded before they began (a.k.a once people realized it was a scam)... some of them do/did exist, but it is my opinion they had no real affiliation with them as their names have never once been mentioned on league websites.

They continue this scam to this day. I still see "who wants to own a minor league ____ team? I have exciting new opportunities throughout the United States!"... this is the stage 1 part of the scam.

They owe my business $12K to this day and I have had many conversations with people in "the real sports world" who know his name and refuse to have any affiliation with anything his name is attached to.

You have been warned. RUN
