Nick and Tim Malis False advertising, lied, fail to do what they promised, fail to return $5500 Internet

This is what they have done wrong.

               1. False advertising they failed to follow their solution program according to their web site Home  Defense Alliance Group                                   

2.  They lied stating in their conference call that I would not have to pay my mortgage once the attorney would take the case
and only pay the attorney $ 500 a month.

3. They have denied that Home Defense Alliance Group is their web site

4. After returning money back to them they promised to have Scott Atkins to defend my case in court and that  they would
pay they did not.

5.  I signed a contract with Scott Atkins he did not follow through.

The R.E.M.I.C. report was not valid in court and was not being used.

No letter from the lawyer was ever sent and no legal filings have been made against the lender.

They state in their web site that Attorneys within their group have done several Multi Plaintiff suits over the past two
years with amazing success.
