Nick Wilson SCAMMING: upfront payments to receive loans. $304 sent no loan received. Filed complaint with FBI Los Angeles, California

I received a phone solicitation from a Nick Wilson about a loan. He assured me I was approved for a $3000 loan, all I needed to do was send $304 as a "sign of ability to repay loan payments".  Did a search and find on him, found nothing, so???? Sent the $ and then he4 started with the rebuttal of "You were not at the Western Union off to receive the $, they have a 30  minute pickup rule after it is listed as available to you"! I was there no money was ever sent, WU has no such record of anything from him, his phone number or anything of the such! As another reported the $ was sent to India. He failed to realize that this was Social Security money he was stealing from me! THAT IS a FEDERAL offense!  SO IF a lawyer reads this and so desires to file a class action on him, please do a post referring to this complaint so i can get it.
