Nickelodeon Resort Orlando Manager: Robert Fieldman Racial slurs from employees. Rude employees and we tried to complain to the manager Robert Fieldman but refuses to speak in person or by phone. We notified the front desk about a group of employees using profanity against a race and i was with my daughter. This is a children's theme park and some employees are rude and racist. This place needs a new manager or should be shut down. Horrible example for kids! Bad management!! Orlando, Florida Orlando ,FL.

My wife and daughter was walking out of the elevator and employees rushed into the elevator. So we said excuse me and a racial slur was blurted out by a housekeeping staff. We tried to report it to the Security who looked at us from head to toe and said that is not his job. We reported it to the front desk and they spoke to the manager Robert Fieldman who refuses to talk to us in person. We also tried calling and again with no luck. This is a kids theme park but some of the staff members are rude and racist. My daughter suffered anxiety and had to go to the ER for panic attack. I am not looking for compensation just for the manager to stop racism specially in front of children. Nickelodeon Orlando is the worst place that we vacationed in.
