 The economy now a days is terrible and spending money on a trip makes you think twice before doing so. The first time I made a trip to Nickelodeon suites resort as great everything was fine nothing to complaint except the prizes of course but when is for your kids you make sacrifices.

Unfortunately my second stay was a nightmare. Sometimes when companies are making too much money they can afford loosing a few customers. Now imagine the term “The customer is always right”. That does not apply at this place. Now I had few problems in the past with other places and when I complaint me and my family was treated like royalty.

Someone was there and asked me “”what can we do for you to accommodate and help your mind at ease from the bad experience you just had””. Now to me that makes me fee value and that I am appreciated. At nickelodeon that is not the case. Now imagine coming with your family and getting the best deals possible. The reservation was wrong, no problem I can accept it was from my end. Now the agent that took care of me advised me no worries I will take care of it.. [continued below]....


Now the trip cost was of about $1300 for two rooms with deposit included. Now my room is where the bad experience begins. This is the first time experience where I am taking a dump or number 2 and cannot flush the toilet because there is no water at all. Now you have an bad odor for 3 hours until someone finally had the idea to send someone with water so the dump can go away.

At first I figure is probably something wrong with the toilet. I go to the stove and the burners are loose and not working. Now I have 2 lovely daughters that like to grab things and play with it. My smaller one is in the age that like to put things in her mouth anything that is grab. Now imagine one of this parts of the stove graved by a kid and playing with it or putting it on the mouth.

When you ask at the front desk for an item, different reps tell you different things basically no one seems to know and have a different story to tell you. This is the best part imagine yourself making a trip to a hotel and you cannot have running water for over 5 hours. I believed the resort has 14 buildings and from 6 and above have no running water. So far what a great vacation it is especially when you have kids. Now you have to go out of your way to another location to use the bathroom or shower.

Now imagine another great experience showering with soap on and the water runs out. Good thing for that person has a case of water bottles to drink to compensate. Now it was offered for the nickelodeon club a gift card of $75 each room. Also keep in mind that phone calls are not recorded. So whatever you say that you were told and was not noted it was a false advertisement.

In other words your are told a lie to keep you calm and get you off the line. from about 2 pm until close to 6 pm to finally find out if what I was told was going to be done, “big surprise”. Now I was offered a late checkout for 3 pm instead of 11 am which sounded good for the kids. Now at this point there has being 3 reps advised about a $75 gift card for each room and will take care of it.

First was told is in process, second we are going to send it up as soon as we have someone available, and third they are on their way. Now 20 minutes pass and nothing happen. I call and I am advised the other room probably has them already. I go and asked and nothing either. I call back again and now I am told that the best that can be done is $75 gift card for one room and a credit of $75 to the credit card. Now

I have spent a lot on my credit card already and did not plan to use it anymore since the APR or interest rate is high, and on top of that it was already planned out what to do with that gift card. What better way with the family eating a breakfast with the characters of nickelodeon. Now, after telling this to the agent she tells me the manager tells her we offer a $50 gift card instead of the $75 credit and that is the best that can be done.

Now if you think about all the things I had to go through on the vacation for my children and this is the best that can be done a late check out and a $50 gift card “you have to be kidding me”. I advised to please keep their late check out and credit seems they needed more then I do. I complaint before and have gotten $200 gift card to eat at a expensive restaurant, extra nights to stay at no charge, offered bigger room, gift cards to the spa, and so on. This was a shock. When it came to complain to corporate the agent made it seem like guess what we are corporate.

A remark like tough for you the customer take it or leave it. I wonder how the owner of the place would feel if this was too happen to him/her and if what was offer to me would had seem like the right compensation. What managers or reps working and taking care of customers should be more professional or hire people with people skills so they can understand the customer and provide better services.

One thing is for sure this is the last time my kids come to this place. Everyone that asks me about this place I will tell my story to them to see if they still thing about going there. Perhaps one day their attitude is changed and customer are more value. I guess that will be when management is changed or the company is not making money. Until then keep up your treatment with customers like that you’ll get far.

 Your the worst type of customer this world gets to deal with. You look for things to b*tch about so you can get something for nothing. You use the customer service system to get extra for yourself. You are a self entitled a** that needs to be taught a lesson in both manners and the apropriate way to behave in public. You even admit that you use the system by touting the "prizes" you have recieved because of complaining. You are slime and deserve EVERYTHING Karma will throw at you.

Im willing to bet that your experience wasnt nearly as devistating as you have made this post out to be. You play an excellent victim, but now the whole world will see your post and draw the exact same conclusion I have. You posted this because a company WOULD not fall for your BS. So you post here expecting sympathy and expecting this company to give you something for nothing.

Well the good thing is that acting as slimey as you have, theres not that much farther for you to go to be considered a pile of crap....
