Nicktane Nicktane Diesel SRWE245 on ebay or Nicolas Damico He forced me to buy something I dont need Sacramento Internet
*Consumer Comment: He FORCED you?
I bought a filter mount from him on ebay on the weekend. I found out that I dont need it so I canceled the order on the weekend. Instead of cancelling my order and sending a refund, he chose to ship the item.
After he read my message asking to cancel, he shipped the item anyways. He scammed me out of $45. This wont be the last he will hear out of me.

He FORCED you?
AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

Of course this person came to your house and held a gun to your head forcing you to go online and purchase this item.
Oh wait.that's not what happend? You mean you went online went looked for the part on your own and to confirm you wanted it you actually placed the order and entered in your payment and shipping information.
But then all of the sudden you decided that you actually didn't want it AKA "Buyers Remorse" and figured that well they have to return it..right?
Okay so what is the return policy of this person? Did it state you could send a message before it was shipped and get a full refund? If so then you have a vaild complaint. But if it said something like no refunds, then perhaps you should spend a bit more time confirming you actually need something before you buy it.
Now, this does not say that they can't make an exception and perhaps if you get a chance you may be able to make arrangements to return it. BUT unless he is violating something in his return policy this is not a RipOff and enjoy your part.
