6 yrs ago i made a loan to a friend at the time he was working at merrill lynch in montreal.He explained that his salary was in the 2 million range,and he needed a loan for 1 yr.We agreed on a 1yr loan at 7%with a signed document ,he paid back7500.00 the 1st year then agreed to extend it for 1 more year.After 2nd year he swiched jobs and countries and from that point on i had to get my canadian lawyer after him for repayment.He is now working i think at greenich prime trading 1oo first stamford pl. 6th floor.
The reason why i am filling this report,is to find a U.S. lawyer based in CT,my Can.lawyer's hands are tied because of the border.This guy has been jerking us aroud with post dated checks...most of them bounced,then i got a collection agency after him with big promises of returns what a mistake that was,he has been jerking them around for about a year now and i am not getting much.Balance of loan is approx. twenty four thousand,i think he is on temporary work visa.So if there is a U.S.lawyer willing to pick this up,contact me, thanks for you're time.
