Beware, Nicole Chalfant and Marc Saenz were having an affair for years while scamming the elderly out of their savings according to investigators. The investigation is still on going. If you have any information regarding these scammers, please reply to this message with your contact information or APD. We are offering a reward for any information on these two scam artists that results in the arrests. They stole over 100k from me

Marc Saenz & Nichole Chalfant who are convicted swindlers of the eldery...From stealing their life savings
to stealing the equity in houses and then fraudulanty signing the paperwork to take there homes and selling them at a later date. Its a family affair....Shannon Saenz and their son are also getting into the scamming business. So beware....of this group of swindlers....I personally know of several people who are homeless from these the people...Nichole Chalfant works selling new homes and has been indicted for skimming and wire fraud. Do your homework people........

There are so many complaints about Austin Speed shop, I wish would have

Apex Drilling who drills water wells are taking deposits from the eldery and not providing any services.
They are scammers and are being investigated by authorities
