I contacted Nicole to help me with my business, I was very desperate because I was running out of money and I didnt want to go out of business and dis appoint all the people who had purchased services. Nicole said she could split the payments in 2 the fist payment $200 week 1 and the second $197 payment week 2. Nicole said her online services would help me make more money, so I signed up for a conference call with other studio owners to discuss the the system that she was presenting.  She sent out emails saying therwas only 2 spots left in this program.

I dialed into the conference call number and waited there was no one on the phone, I waited a few minted and called the customer service on another line to find out the problem.  They said she muted the other callers and she was not speaking or presenting so I could not hear anything.  I tried to email Nicole there were tecnical difficulties. I waited another 20 minutes and called customer service again.  

This time the agent got on the conference call with me verified that Nicole and I were the only ones on the phone and then when Nicole saw someone else on the phone she left the conference call.  I called and emailled her and got no response I wanted a refund or at least to contact me before she charged my card again.  The very next day she charged my card another $197.  Completely went back on her agreement and did not provide services.  Yes a ripp off.  She works through mindbody inc.
