Night Hawk Security, Night Hawk Towing And Repossessions Stole ,Repo'd My Car When NOT IN DEFAULT Tampa Florida

On Sunday, 11/9/08, while out of town working on a job project in Tampa, FL, I walked out to the parking lot on Monday morning 11/10/08 to find the car gone. Being in a different city, I believed the car to be stolen. I called the loan -- CNAC/J.D. Byrider to find out that a security company -- Night Hawk Security -- called them on Sunday and said they found the car abandoned on the side of the road. J.D. Byrider put in an order for repossession even though the car loan was NOT IN DEFAULT! Turns out Night Hawk saw the out-of-state J.D. Byrider tag and later told me on the phone that is how she makes her money.

I wish I would have recorded the conversation because I couldn't believe my ears. However, dealerships in Florida give their customers a state-issued temporary tag which is immediately entered in the system. The women at Night Hawk Security also is charging impound fees and wanted me to pay $20 to get my possessions out of the car which I have no intention of doing. This is evidence of fraud in conjunction with J.D. Byrider dealerships.

The Pontiac still had the J.D. Byrider tag because the dealership never processed the title in Georgia. The Georgia DMV told me throughout the month of October that it was not processed so I could not pay for or pick-up the tag. I was very close to cutting through the bull by giving a Power of Attorney to a business associate in Georgia while I worked in Florida. Yet, I was not fast enough before they took the car.

J.D. Byrider also still is debiting my bank account for car payments, even though they have been told to stop. I have also told them I did not want the car and I do not want to be in the middle of J.D. Byrider and Night Hawk Security. And I absolutely do want to be responsible for paying for a car I do not own!
