first off, i WAS a family member of nik rusimovic.  since i believe you are actually his mother who has written this in his defense, your response is comical at best.  my entire family knows of nik's criminal history and the fact that his mother will go to any lengths, including lying, to cover for him.

i totally believe nik ripped off everybody in this report.  i have in my posession right now proof that he tried to make fraudulent charge backs to his bank for items i KNOW he purchased.  additionally i have proof of his past convictions for theft.  he has quite a history of stealing any way he can.  in fact, that is how he makes his living since he doesn't have a real job and at 30 years old still lives in his mother's basement.  i also know he posesses a credit card he obtained in somebody elses name.  at one time he even obtained one in his own father's name.  

he has stolen items from his cousin's house, broke into a storage locker that some of his items were being stored in because the day he was to actually retrieve his items from the locker he knew the police were going to be there to arrest him, so he broke in the night before.  he also put  child porn on his cousin's computer because he was angry at her and wanted to try and get her children taken away.  (what kind of a sick f*ck does that?) unfortunately for him, the police were able to prove who actually put it there.

he has even gone so far as to set a family member's house on fire and made death threats against that same person.  

nik rusimovic is one sick individual.  both him and his mother need psychological help.  if anybody believes ANYTHING either of them say they are seriously stupid. 

I'd like to see the evidence that's on public record, Eric. There is none against Nik Rusimovic. You also tried to spread lies to the police and to our internet service provider about us as well, so your claims aren't going to get very far with me.

After Nik contacted my husband and I, we did our own search and investigation into the situation. We found this page posted by you, and nothing more. There is no public record, there is no criminal history on file for him regarding internet fraud as you stated.

Yet again you make up bogus lies about people in attempt to tarnish their name and reputation. Well I can assure you we will be writing a statement about you and your fraudulent practices and posting them on here as well Eric. You will be caught, and so will your friend down in California. You've gone around pretending to be law enforcement and falsifying documents in order to claim we were harassing you. Do you realize how illegal that is?

Posting here that a certain eBay user ID is no longer a registered user proves nothing. I've closed many of our eBay accounts in the past. Does it make me a scam artist for doing so? What exactly does it prove? You mention contacting any Washington State law enforcement agency to verify provided data. What data?

All you did was post an address, phone number, and eBay ID's which you have no proof of who they belong to, let alone why they are inactive. You also threw in a false statement about 8 other victims whom which none of them have posted here. Not to mention claiming Nik has a criminal history for internet fraud. Where is the proof?

We spoke to officer Bosseler at the Bellevue Police department about you Eric. He has everything on file regarding the way you scammed us, and how you scammed Nik. There's another woman from the east coast which we also got information from, as did Nik, and both my husband and Nik sent in her information and statement to the Bellevue police.

I'd suggest you think twice before making defamatory, harassing and false statements against people. I see a law suit in your future Eric. If I have to drive up from Idaho to participate in legal action against you, I will certainly do so.

I would just like to state that the person who posted this under their username "Snazzy_dresser" is Eric Bernstein of Bellevue Washington.

First of all, this site should be used for posting your experiences with businesses, not individual people. Second of all, I know both parties involved and I can say that Eric Bernstein AKA Snazzy_Dresser is nothing but a con artist at his finest.

I spoke with Nik Rusimovic, whom the original post is about. I was contacted by him after he found my information via Ebay. Apparently Eric Bernstein has quite the history of scamming people. He sells goods such as Fiesta Ware, and other merchandise from corporations like Microsoft and Starbucks.

Eric Bernstein sold my husband and I, fake Fiesta Ware dishes via Ebay. We went through all the hoops to report him to eBay but could not get his site removed, even after sending the merchandise back to him and never receiving a refund. He has tried to harass us for years now. He's contacted my internet provider and pretended to be law enforcement. He's gone to my local police in Idaho and tried to report us for harassing him, even though he was the one that would not stop emailing and calling us. He also tried to get us kicked off eBay and Paypal several times by providing them with false information about us. Thankfully it didn't work.

It wasn't until our internet provider saw that the IP addresses were falsified that they finally stopped listening to his claims against us.

Nik Rusimovic contacted us because he was also a victim of Eric Bernstein. Anyone dealing with Eric or his store "snazzy_dresser" on eBay should avoid him like the plague. This man will make up anything just as he has done here, and try to post false statements about people. Nik and I talked for several weeks before finally reporting all this information to the Bellevue Police. I don't know what has happened to Eric Bernstein since then, but I know that he's a very dishonest seller and will stop at nothing to try and harass someone once you're under his radar.

Snazzy_Dresser AKA Eric Bernstein has been a nightmare for us to deal with. I'm sure he was a nightmare for Nik to deal with as well based on our conversations. The bottom line here is that this posting Eric made is inaccurate and not true. We saw all the email correspondence that Nik sent us between he and Eric. Eric tried to commit fraud by selling counterfeit items from Starbucks that weren't actually made by them. Just as he tried to sell me some fake Fiesta dishes that were supposedly out of print. They were actually false items. Sadly eBay has left him alone and he continues to sell items because all he does are auctions for a living. He brings them in too much revenue. Anyone can do a google search and find that this is a common practice by eBay. They tend to let their big super sellers slide on everything.
