Nissan Financial (NMAC) specifically told me they DO NOT have to provide paper bills. They also failed to record payments and reported me as late when I had transaction numbers for the payments. when I spoke to corporate HQ, they were LESS than helpful and almost as rude as mangement in customer service for NMAC.
I will never buy anothe car with them again. THEY ARE DISGUSTING AND HEARTLESS AND HAVE ATTACKED MY CREDIT.
They claim by law they do not have to send me bills? Are they broke that they cannot afford stamps to send my bills so I have records of payments for my records??

The opposite of “good faith,” implying or designing to mislead or deceive another, or a neglect or refusal to fulfill a duty or reasonable obligation, not prompted by an honest mistake. Usually a more hurtful and negative motive to another ones livelihood.

You implied I do not need paper statements? You know absolutely zero about my circumstances why I need them and as part of YOUR contract you didn't offer a printer to print them or to pay for my internet access. Being you sit at a pc why don't you print them out and mail them to paying clients?????

Should you business with a company that refuses paper bills or neglects to send them?
What if your computer fails or has problems just in when you pay your bills? It is utterly crazy to only get online bills and only pay online. When computer hardware, software and ISPs become 100% reliable then, and only then, will I and many others switch to paperless billing. Except for NMAC/Nissan’s Financial Dept., I always get my bills in the mail every month an those financial agencies are very reliable. It should be my choice to pay certain bills online.
Unless you have multiple computers in addition to dialup accounts, you should never take the risk of only receiving online bills. Email is a horrible way to receive a bill because email is not by default secure!
Why would an automobile company as reputable as Nissan have NMAC tell customers like myself that they do not legally have to send a paper bill? Unless I agree to go paperless, I should receive a paper bill every single month from their billing department, no excuses. How is it that my bank and other credit card agencies do not have a problem with this? NMAC claims maybe I do not get all my mail, l and that is why I haven’t gotten paper statements for months at a time. Yet, I do not have this problem with reliable and reputable establishments like my mortgage company accusing me of not paying, being delinquent or not receiving my mail? Is NMAC trying to conserve on stamps? I think this could very well be a ploy to charge late fees and attack the credit of innocent people.

Your car loan payments do not change. That is you owe the exact same amount on the exact same date for the entire length of the loan. All of this was disclosed to you when you bought the car. Some companies as a courtesy will send out monthly statements, but they are not required to. Some companies will send out payment books, but again don't have to.
However, this is perhaps the 2nd biggest monthly expense and not something that you are not going to forget. So there should be no reason you need a paper statement as a reminder.
As for "proof" of your payment. Just like just about every other finance company they have a full web portal that allows you to do just about everything. From making payments, to checking your balance, reviewing statements, to get this..to selecting to receive or not receive PAPER Statements.
You obviously have access to a Computer so just go to the following address
