PennyMac Loan Services has a company policy of over charging their clients who apply for FHA loans during the first 15 days of the month, by requiring a 60 lock; than they charge their FHA clients who apply during the 16-31st ....unbeknownst to the client. The longer the lock period the more the loan cost you.

I think that is a RIP OFF!!!
