on may 24th my sister sent flowers for my brithday she used a flower service the service calls nearest to your home which was smith florest they delivered half dying flowers by the next day they were dead. the floral service called smith flower shop they refused to attempt to replace the floral arrangment .what poor business ethics the cost of flowers today.
