No name on the correspondence They claimed to be a marketing company for Walmart & Target Stores. I was asked for my claim number. I was repeately asked to buy something i didn't want. Very rude Unknown

I received a post card stating that i had an unclaimed reward of $100.00.  When i called the phone number(1-800-881-2966),they would not speak to me until I gave them the claim#(040493740), which was printed on the card. They told me that they would send me my unclaimed reward after I paid the mailing fee of $1.95. They proceeded to offer me an enrollment in some type of magazine for 19 dollars and a few cents per month. If I didn't want to enrolled, I needed to call the number of the offer and cancel.  At this poing I asked that this package not be shipped and cancel the entire offer. She did not say anything about the second part of the offer until I authorized her to bill my credit card for $1.95. I persisted that  they transfer me to a supervisor, but they became rude and hung up.  When I called the phone # again, there was no answer.
