I called to see about getting a refund on the products they were about to send me and the first girl I spoke with was Kay and instead of helping me she was trying to offer more products and then she told me it was past the 30 day money back guarantee. I explained to her that I am a disabled veteran who had been ill and under a doctors care and was hoping for a little consideration. She kept saying she couldn't help me so I asked to speak to her supervisor!

They went back and forth speaking to each other but wouldn't let me speak to her because she was supposedly on another call. However, she had plenty of time to talk to her supervisor about the situation! Which upset me so I said I would hold until the supervisor was available! I finally after 10 minutes was connected to the supervisor who's name is Jessie!! This is where it gets infuriating!!! I had to repeat my whole story to her like she wasn't already aware and she kept giving me the same answers like she was a robot reading off a script!!

I finally told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor and I got the same answer! That they were taking another call so of course I said I would wait!! This is when she forgot to put me on hold and I could hear her and her colleagues making fun of me and laughing!! They were also making spitting noises in the phone like children!! I was furious and let her know that I could hear them!!

After that she put me on hold again and then came back on the line to tell me that they were going to issue a full refund for the return of all products! After she asks if I'm satisfied I tell her that I don't want to speak to her anymore after her behavior and would still like to report it! She then proceeds to hurrily tell me that she hoped I was satisfied and thanked me for calling and hung up!! These people are horrible and I would love to see them at the very least reprimanded for their poor and childish behavior!!!
