Noll Collection Service NCS Harrassment Sioux City Iowa

 NCS contacted my retired parents at 9am stating I gave their phone number as a employment reference. I was asked to contact them at their number. When I called the number it was not employment related but instead a debt collection company. They refused to explain what the bill was unless I provided my personal information. I refused and requested they do not harass my 75 yr old parents at their number Jessica Johnson refused however to remove their number stating they were unsure who they were speaking with and hung up. I consider this to be unlawful Harrassment of my parents and will report to the state.
