Nordic Trak Worst treadmill and service ever. Logan Utah

Received treadmill in December 2016. Did not come with spare parts or manual. Mid-March 2017 the treadmill went down. Spent several hours on the phone with customer service trying to get it going. They said it was most likely a burnt up motor (After 2 months of casual use) and that a technician would need to come out in 2-3 days to repair. It is now going on week 4 of no repair. No call or contact at all from the technicians and customer service just says they are doing all they can do. Beyond dissatisfied with the product and the service that came along with it.

I would like to be included in any class action lawsuits that become of others having this issue.  I've demanded to receive a refund but they are not complying.
