Received a call from this company after putting an ad in Auto Trader, they charged my credit card withOut sending my policy first by email. I sent my concerns to the company asking to cancel my membership due to the fact I was waiting to review the policy before i would pay for the service. I was told I would receive it in 40 mins all i received was a confirmation regarding they confirmed the charge to my credit card. I could not contact by phone just by email asking for their policy, they sent me the policy and I read that there was no refunds. I sent an email requesting my membership be cancelled due to the fact that the policy was not valid.

I received a call from Jason Carter who i told I wanted to cancel my membership, he told me after 3 months that they do refund your money except for $99.00 that they had to change the policy and their web site stating that. I called the Better Business Bureau and they told me there has been a few complaints about this company.

I contacted my credit card to dispute this transaction. I have had no contact through this company, but received a letter from the Better Business Bureau that they address they advertise does not exist and their respond was sent back to sender. I sent an email through Northern Auto through their customer care email asking for their current address the response I got was this "We do not receive anything via mail. You can send any questions to us here at customer care and we would be happy to help. Also, feel free to send us anything via scanned email or fax at 647-722-3487. Have a great day,

So I am going to leave it in my credit cards hands to dispute my transaction
