North Americas Readers Choice Stated magazines would stop, but send me a new contract instead el paso Texas

While on the phone we agreed on no renewals and stop of magazines. Couple of weeks later a new contract came in. I said im not paying for any magazines and i want them to stop coming several times. He stated I must repeat exactly what I said first time and he would tell me where to say NO, to stop the magazines from coming. He said it was the only way to make it work He reassured me 3 times that this was nothing new, and i would recieve a letter in the mail stating its over. A letter did come, but it was a new contract with an account number 17021305 and in amount of $1,497.00. As soon i recieved the letter i called my bank and locked my card and recieved a new one

I should have known its a scam. At the bottom of the "contract" it states that "any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute in any forum will be conducted solely on an individual basis." It goes on to state that I may not hire an attorney to get this matter cleared up. I am aware that it is not binding on me. Please help get this scammer shut down.
