Two slick salesmen come in and promise anything and everything possible to get you to sign a lease form. If you object to the later cost, terms or blatant misrepresentation, you have just signed an "Uncancellable" lease. They will apparently sue you in New York getting an instant judgment against you and will ruin your credit.
I owned a deli in the Chicago suburbs. They told me they offered web hosting and would transfer my website over to their servers, they told me that I could cancel the contract and the transfer it to a new business owner if I sold. I was told that I would own the equipment after the lease was complete. I was told that that THEY HAD A DEAL WITH MY FRANCHISE TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO ALL THE FRANCHISE DELI'S. All these things are blatantly untrue.
