Feel free to stop by. I got the address off of the internet under Northern Minerals. However, I received an e-mail from "Let's Face It" a link provided on Northern Minerals and Alyeska Minerals website. I was told that the District Attorney spoke with Michelle and Patrick. Michelle is on disability...(how I don't know being she is making money ripping people off). The D.A. told them that they will not press charges as long as they update people. The Oliphant's have also ripped off their supplier, web designer and others. The D.A. is helping them get away with it. I have notified the local Anchorage media about this and am hoping that we get a good responce. I am also hoping that others out there contact the media..the more squeeky wheels, the better! If you are able to reach them in person, ask where everyone's product is...or refund. Take a video camera with you....heehee. Serves them right.

I say let's unite against these people and file a joint lawsuit. the more people we can get to join, the better. Let's show the justice system that there are thieves scamming us all.

I was also a victim of Patrick and Michelle Oliphant and also have a rip off report listed on this website... I just wanted to let you know that persistance, and the help of Rip-Off Report, finally paid off.. I did receive a refund from these people on Dec.9... Filing a report with Rip-Off and also, I think, contacting their new business partner through their new website www.alyeskamineralmakeup.com seemed to do the job.. Their new business partner left me with the impression that she is very honest and had no idea how many people have been cheated by Patrick and Michelle Oliphant. She had been told they had gotten behind in their orders but had either sent out product or refunds to everyone they owed, which all of us who were screwed by them know to be a lie! My advice, keep trying... email them through the new website, maybe the new partner will see your letter and tell them to make this right!!

I hope anyone reading these reports on Rip-off who were cheated by Northern Minerals will also add their own rip off report.. Patrick and Michelle seem to feel excuses and pointing the finger back at the customer make it ok to cheat people.

Patrick and Michelle, show a little dignity to this person and all the other people you know FULL well you still owe money to... PAY UP.. It's just plain bad karma not to make things right and your new website venture will suffer from it if you don't do the right thing.

I just found a new website that is the same as Northern Minerals! Alyeska Minerals is the same company as Northern Minerals! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will not recieve your product and you will not receive a refund! They keep operating under different aliases! Please file a report with the Attorney General in Alaska, Internet Fraud Protection and the BBB of Alaska to stop these scum! it takes all of us to make sure this does not keep happening to others!
