Carpet installers associated to Home Depot purchases. These guys are disruptive Home Depot carpet installation men who need to be taken by the hand to complete projects.

Upon recently reporting to a survey for case 11710438, I mentioned the awful and inconsistent problems with these people.

They walk into apartments stepping on the floor and whatever agressively looking around and not focusing on job details. I was ensured with a gift card which was from a damaging incident that occurred in the apartment with a shaking wall decor that smashed onto the floor.

Anyway, thats just the small bit of the reporting I need to share on Rippoff Report.

Florida weather is the excuse because it showers and rains and blah blah blah.

First they drive early in the morning in a van that has know way of knowing its a carpet installation company.

The van is either all white or black could be any whole color, I don't care about that. The vans have absolutely no company names or store decals on them (e.g., Home Depot or carpet installation).

Secondly, they are men who do not get evaluated and adjusted by no means to improve their lives and look better for the company associated to installing floor carpet. They act like they have contributed to so much so much.

So, I was contacted by phone on the day of delivery by a few Home Depot carpet installer. Hence, the already provided all the details for example, the address to where the carpet would be installing. So they should know how to reach an address and carry their own d**n tools. The carpet installer was so rude and short tem[ered that I called his manager and reported his being rude and ill. Nothing but questions I could not know about answering. Like, "where is the top floor and where may the carpet be spread.

The first attempt to install the carpet resulted to a problem and their excuse for that was the weather.

Ron I think was his name could did not have a decent sense of intelligence studies and knowledge to walk to the office and request to know about the location to where the carpet was to be installed. Its almost like I had to get out of bed, walk to the street level outside the apartment buildings, and walk him to do his job.

When instead it could be for example, okay I know the apartment location and address. So I will park outside the apartment garage, I will drive into the parking garage, I will then park on the top floor, then I will remove myself from the car, and I will make sure its not raining and showering, and I will walk to the apartment, and knock on the door, and say hello and begin carpet installation.

He's excuse was, "Its raining and showering and I do not know where to park the company truck and I do not know where I can cut the carpet), these are not my problems.

I do not need to suggest such ridiculous information to questions like these posted and mentioned above. Im sure there are thousands of low star rated reviews mentioned online by customers that are not satisfied with carpet installation mechanics.

Where to park when it showers is the carpet installers job. And that is their responsibility to know about the weather forecasts in their area, hours before being deployed to projects just a few miles from there associating job requests.

Next time know where to park and where to cut your f*'n carpet. Please excuse my language writing? Thats my job to hold you by the hand to cut your f*'n carpet. I DONT THINK SOOO.

Park outside of the parking garage and carry your f*'n carpet, cut the carpet before arriving like at your store centerS OWN CUTTING CARPET ROOMS, install and stop making F*G WEATHER excuses.
