Northland Group - Idt Carmel - Hsbs Orchard Northland Group committing Fraud Edina Minnesota

Today 09/19/2008 I received a letter from a collection agency asking me to pay 240.94 with the balance due 438.08. the web site said for me to pay at https://www.payments2northland.com secure payment the collection agency is regulated by the Minnesota department of Commerce. I called Household bank directly last year and they claimed this debt is cleared they were charging 400 percent on a credit card with a 300.00 dollar credit limit with a credit score above 650 - 700 ????? I disputed this with various collection agencies and I called the agency today only to be given the run around saying they are only collecting on behalf of Idt Carmel inc whomever they are they claim the store name is Hsbc Orchard ???? I paid Household bank according to what I thought was fair not according to Interest above 400 percent that violates usury laws based on English common law I continued to make payments while I disputed the card information and sent them dispute letters The address payment was 7831 Glenroy Rd. ste 350 Edina Mn., 55439
