Northpedic Cast Room Systems sent a cast saw in for repairs, never returned and refused to return calls. he forged an airbill through airborne express so that I would think he shipped it. airbill number is invalid and never used RIPOFF Willow Grove Pennsylvania

11/14/04 sent $1600 stryker cast saw in for repairs. Received a bill. Pd bill and waited. and waited and waited. Never received saw. Called and only got answering machines.

Finally got someone and they said they would check into it and never heard back. Many calls later I got the famous Paul Farber. I found the airbill and will fax it to you.

Two phone calls laterhe faxes the airbill. I call to track package. Airborne Express tells me the number is invalid. I ask for a supervisor. "Josh" gets on the phone and says that the airbill # given is not only invalid but may have been tampered with. There are supposed to be 11 numbers on an airbill not ten.

I call Paul Farber and for some reason he answers the phone. I tell him what airborne said. He hangs up on me after I tell him we are going to take legal action against him.
