Northstar LLC. Northstar LLC General Contractors did not deliver 13 yr old shelf comapny with 500k line of credit in contracted 45-60 days cost $81,000.00 loss Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

In February I was contacted by Samuel Brown trying to sell me a 13yr old shelf company for $21,000.00 with a 500k line of credit, 80 paydex score, 5-8 trade lines, and D&B listing based on  a mastercard worth 60-100k and a visa worth 60-100k and the remainder in a line of credit. This included Corporate Articles, seal and books, registered agent, 411 listing and open bank account.  I refused.

I was contacted weekly over the next several months and when he negotiated the fee down to $14,900.00 with an initial $7,450.00 down and all guarantees in place we sent the fee in May--he immediately became unable to reach.

Over the next month Samuel Brown constantly assured us that the funds would arrive by July 6th.  We opened our office on July 13th with full staffing.  The assurances went on week by week with no funds being transmitted and a "brand new" corporation in my personal name being established.  Samuel Brown said the rules had changed but the funding was being authorized. This was until the end of August we received no corporate articles, books, or seal--$5,000.00 was sent to us as an investment in good faith.

In September we realized nothing was being accomplished and we were burning through $27,000.00  a month of personal funds running a corporation against the 500k promised by Samuel Brown.  In October he came clean saying he had nothing and blaming the Robert Loman LLC group in California as the cause.  We billed Samuel for our funds he sent the difference between his"investment" and the balance.

We are out four months of seeking investment capital and $81,000.00 of personal finances leveraged against the promised 500k

The contract read that NorthStar LLC would pay all expenses and return the fees if everything including the lines of credit were not realized.  We not only did not receive the Shelf Corporation agreed on in the contract, or the payment of "all Expenses" we are out several months of actively seeking funds due to the lies of Samuel Brown.  We contacted Robert Loman and received no resolution for his part in this action --therefore we can only assume that he is as guilty as Samuel Brown for his actions in this matter.  Samuel Brown lies, and is responsible for the huge debt incurred because of his deceit and has failed to honor his contractual agreement.  We feel that his company is a scam as we have been contacted by several others who have lost money and reputations in the business community.
