Northway Debit they went into my checking account without my authorization and took out 190.50 twice & made my house payment bounce & now i am faced to pay overdraft charges!! Internet

i was waiting for my house payment to clear the bank. i had called the bank to inquire about it and found out that my check had been sent back for insufficent funds. i had asked them what checks & debits had gotten back to them and thats when i found out that northway had taken out 190.50 twice. i told the bank i never heard of this company & inqured if they have. they told me they did not & had no way of knowing. this has got me so upset.

i am 52 years old & have been working very hard doing alot of overtime just to make my bills. i would like them to be responsible and repay this money. i now have to pay all these overfees. i do not know how thesese people got my account or bank name for that fact. please help me with this major problem!!!!!! thank you very much. i am looking forward toward hearing from you!
